I led user experience design for the redesign of a 6,000+ page marketing site. The site was re-architected to correct all navigational flaws, enhance user experience, and increase sales. Implementing a template-based content management system reduced production resources by more than 50%.

Regence.com brought home a Gold award for Best Interactive Site, and a Distinction Award for Best Overall Site in the 2009 e-healthcare Leadership Web Awards.

This is a wireframe of a category page template. The Regence Group (TRG) offers may different types of health care insurance products. By categorizing the different types of insurance offered an individual can better navigate the site, and find what they are looking for.

Product page wireframe

This is a wireframe of a product page template, implemented for the first time during this project. Prior to the redesign, each new product launched as a one off project. Standardization of the product pages was a key aspect in the reduction of production resources, which went down by more than 50% as a result of the new site launch.
