As part of a two person IA team,
I transformed the home page experience. UEx strategy increased community engagement more then 65%, user-to-user communication 27%, and self-expressing user generated content (UGC) 6%
across the board.

Broadened social network analysis scope and depth, and evangelized a new user-centered design (UCD) experience. Targeted UX strategy increased 1 to many user communication 181%, 1 to 1 communication 22%, and drove active user-generated content up 134%.
