a High-level SiteMap

UX Lead at TRG BlueCross BlueShield

Redesign of a 6,000+ page sales and marketing site for The Regence Group (TRG). The site was re-architected to correct all navigational flaws, enhance UX, and increase sales. I implemented a template-based content management system (CMS), thus reducing production resource costs by more than 50%.

Ultimately, TRG brought home a Gold award for Best Interactive Site and Distinction Award for Best Overall Site in the 2009 e-healthcare Leadership Web Awards.

Identify and refine the primary use case scenarios

Client: Zaaz - Microsoft Account

This site often included too many steps for the user. These are before and after flows for an assisted first time-buyer who is choosing a subscription plan. I evaluated and targeted primary use case flows, based on stake holder interviews and a site audit. Then proposed an improved simplified flow reducing the number of steps by 50%.

Produce Key wireframes

This product page template was user tested, and refined with conclusive results prior to implementation. Standardizing with templates provided ease of use for potential customers shopping for coverage. Additionally, a templatized approach was key in the reduction of production resources.
